Marc Walz
Marc is a trusted mortgage advisor and proven top professional. He is proactive, serious, and passionate about his work. His career started in Boston Massachusetts Financial District on Congress Street as a lending broker in the late 80’s; before credit scoring and computers coming of age using old-fashioned, handwritten financial risk analysis to lend. Marc has been in the mortgage industry since then for more than 25 years, most recently with both smaller community banks and or large national bank on State Street in Boston lending in a specialized market for high volume jumbo portfolio mortgages, condos, and new construction mortgages. Marc has received numerous mortgage loan origination awards over his career, as well as served on multiple Chambers and Realty Boards. Marc is originally a native of Swansea and currently resides in Westport MA with his wife, 3 children, 2 dogs Rosie andOdie.
