Nathan Brown brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to his role as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with NewFed Mortgage. Having helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, he understands that financing is more than a step in a transaction. It is a decision that shapes a family’s future. His approach centers on clear communication, personal attention, and helping clients understand their options so they can move forward with confidence. Nate began his career in property management before joining CENTURY 21 as a REALTOR® in 2005. His commitment to exceptional service and strong production earned him the CENTURY 21 President’s Producer Award. After obtaining his managing broker’s license in 2017, he led the growth and operations of a top-ranking Illinois office and later advanced to Vice President of Growth, supporting a network of 48 offices. Since joining CENTURY 21 Integra in 2023, Nate has served on its senior leadership team and currently holds the roles of Chief Growth Officer and Designated Managing Broker for Illinois and Wisconsin. Under his leadership, all three of Integra’s Illinois offices have achieved top-10 rankings among CENTURY 21 offices in the state. He also supports agent development, recruiting, and mergers and acquisitions across Brands by Integra’s multistate network. Nate’s move into mortgage lending builds on a career dedicated to helping people achieve their real estate goals. His experience in sales, negotiations, property management, and brokerage leadership gives him a broad understanding of the challenges buyers face and the importance of coordination among everyone involved in a closing. At NewFed, he brings that perspective to helping borrowers find financing that aligns with their needs and long-term goals. Nate lives in Chicago’s western suburbs with his girlfriend, Jillian, and is the proud father of three children, Emilee, Noah, and Liam. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams.
