I’m Shelly Stidham, a Mortgage Loan Officer and Branch Manager licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Georgia. I’ve built my business around a pretty simple philosophy: every client deserves the same level of effort, communication, and determination, no matter how easy or complicated their situation may be. One of my biggest strengths as a loan officer is problem-solving. I genuinely enjoy the loans that require us to dig a little deeper, think outside the box, and find a solution when the obvious answer is “no.” Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer, a veteran, an investor, or someone with a complicated income, credit, or property scenario, my job is to understand the entire picture and figure out the best path forward. I’m also extremely hands-on throughout the process. I work closely with my clients, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, and everyone involved in the transaction to anticipate problems before they become problems and keep everyone informed along the way. In 2025, I helped families close more than $24 million in mortgage financing, and much of my business continues to come from repeat clients, referrals, and relationships I’ve built along the way. For me, this has never been about simply getting someone approved for a mortgage. This is someone’s home, their money, and a major part of their future. I take that responsibility seriously, and I’ll always fight to find a way to get my clients to the closing table.
